About this platform
Hemas Labs Digital Reports makes your laboratory results easy to access and easy to understand. Once your sample has been processed at Hemas Hospitals Laboratory Services, we send you a private link by SMS or WhatsApp together with a reference number and a password. After you sign in, you can view your full report. Each value is clearly flagged as Normal, Low, High, or Attention based on the standard reference range.
The optional AI summary
It can take time to see a doctor after receiving a report. To help in the meantime, we offer an optional AI generated summary that explains your values in plain language. The summary highlights what is looking good, what is worth discussing with a doctor, and offers general wellness suggestions.
You decide whether to use this feature. Before the summary is generated you must read and accept a clear disclaimer.
